Taking it further:

1. After students have solve the puzzle, ask them to identify the name of the leaves.

2. Ask students to make their own leave puzzle using different kind of leaves. Students can use a big size of sticky tape if laminate coating film is not available.

ƒeƒLƒXƒg ƒ{ƒbƒNƒX: MATERIALS:

PROCEDURE:

1. Separate the sheets of laminate coating film (picture no. 1).

2. Carefully lay the leaves above the laminate coating film with sticky side. You can lay the leaves in different position as you like (picture no. 2 and 3).

3. Then slowly, press the upper part of the laminate coating film until it covers the entire leaves (picture 4 and 5).

4. Cut the laminated leaves in your desired pattern of puzzle. Easy ones are good for beginners (picture 6,7 and 8).

5. Now, you have a leaves puzzle! You can ask someone to try it before presenting into the class (picture 9 and 10).

· Dried leaves (you can use one leaf)

· Laminate coating film (No machine need)

· Scissors

NOTE: Leaves have been collected and inserted in pages of a book for two weeks to produce a flattened good dried leaves.
